WONDER BOYZ’s Debut Era
Wonder Boyz the hip hop group debuted on October 16, 2012, under Ent102 in 2012 with the song “Open the Door.” They performed their debut at a live showcase. Moreover, Wonder Boyz was also doing a public appearance in the SBS MTV reality show Ta-Dah at Hongdae Club Hall in Seoul, South Korea. When they were trainees, they joined Ta-Dah It’s Wonder Boyz. They were a bit worried because they appeared in this show before becoming professional artists. The show was about a group that was playing around. They thought that they couldn’t do well in this program because they were busy preparing their music. At least, it was a great memory for them. “Tarzan” is a dancehall track with reggae and roots musical styles. They are the first group to try this genre. “Tarzan” was made into a music video with Hyeri from Girl’s Day. She plays the role of Jane in this music video. Bak Chi Gi acted as an odd one out, the one who lives in speculation. He was a student who is addicted to Tarzan. In the music video, he was in love with Jane. WONDER BOYZ’s Disbandment
The leader Bak Chi Gi announced that Wonder Boyz disbanded on their Instagram account. Since many people were messaging Bak Chi Gi, he made a response stating that he could not speak English, and he apologizes that Wonder Boyz was disbanding, but the reason was not about a bad divergence or disagreement.
