Munawar Saeed is Pakistan’s veteran TV artist with a career of over four decades in the industry having done roles in 200 films and more than 1000 television dramas. He is known for Moorat Aka Eunuch’s Wedding (2004), Anmol (1973), and Pehchan (1975). Some of his recent famous drama serials are Bunty I Love You, Mere Humrahi, Main Hari Piya, and Roshan Sitara. He had acted in several popular dramas of 1970s such as Taqreeb-e-Imtehaan, Mirza Ghalib Bander Road Par, Akhara, and Gandasa. He has the honour of having acted in a popular patriotic play, Azadi Ke Mujrim for which he won the Graduates Award. Munawar Saeed is a Pakistani actor who is very famous about his all drama serial. He has worked in many serials which are based on politics and family story. He is old but he has worked in drama industry since the young age. He is a talented and great actor in drama industry. Munawwar Saeed is one of the most experienced television and film actors of Pakistan. He had started his showbiz career in 1967 from Pakistan Television (PTV), the only state owned television channel of Pakistan at that time. Just after starting showbiz career, Munawwar Saeed had proved himself as a dedicated and talented actor. He has the ability to easily adapt the role during acting so that the viewers can feel it a real character, and this is the main reason behind his success in the television and film industry. The family of Munawwar Saeed migrated to Pakistan in 1960 from India, due to which he had left Aligarh University of India in which he was receiving Engineering education. He came to Karachi along with his family and completed his engineering education from Government College of Technology. Then he started teaching in the engineering college in Karachi but due to the passion of acting, resigned from the post and leaved for Lahore to make his name in the television industry. In the beginning of his acting career, he had acted in several popular dramas of that time during the 70’s decade including Taqreeb e Imtehaan by renowned writer Ashfaque Ahmed, Mirza Ghalib Bander Road Par, Akhara and Gandasa. He had started his film career from the movie Ghar Damaad, in which he appeared as a villain.
