V and Park Seo-joon first met when they both had roles in the Korean drama Hwarang back in 2016. Although they have quite an age gap, they still clicked with one another. Park Seo-joon even admitted that they have a really close friendship. During an exclusive interview with a magazine, Park Seo-joon was asked many questions regarding his friendship with V. The Itaewonn Class actor admitted that V is his close friend, and he never treated the idol like his younger brother, even though he is older. According to Park Seo-joon, to have a close relationship, he must treat his best friend like a friend his age. “I don’t really think to take care of (other people). When I feel comfortable with someone, even if he is a younger (younger than me), I will treat him like a friend,” said Park Seo-joon. They don’t just spend time together, Seo Joon and V also often talk about each other’s problems. “We share our worries and talk a lot. It’s hard to make people understand this industry.
